Compassion That Touches
Scripture: “Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man.” — Matthew 8:3 Where others kept their distance, Jesus moved closer. His compassion is not passive—it reaches, touches, heals. Lent reminds us that God is not repelled by our wounds. He steps into the places we fear are untouchable and brings wholeness. Prayer: Lord, thank You for touching the places in my life that feel unclean or unworthy. Heal me with Your compassionate presence. Amen.
