Compassion in Our Mess

Scripture: “Neither do I condemn you… Go now and leave your life of sin.” — John 8:11

Jesus’ voice holds both truth and tenderness. He meets us in our failures without shame. Lent invites honest confession, not to crush us but to free us. His compassion doesn’t excuse sin, but it never humiliates. He lifts us, restores us, and points us toward new life.

Prayer: Merciful Jesus, thank You for meeting me with compassion in my mess. Shape my heart to respond to your grace with obedience and gratitude. Amen.
