Compassion in Suffering

Scripture: “Jesus wept.” — John 11:35

The shortest verse reveals the depth of His heart. Jesus enters our grief, not with platitudes but with tears. Lent leads us to the Man of Sorrows who understands suffering from the inside. His voice comforts because He has walked the valley Himself.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being near to the brokenhearted. Comfort me with Your presence and help me comfort others. Amen.
