Hope That Renews Strength

Scripture: “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31

Hope is fuel. Jesus renews weary hearts and tired bodies. Lent invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and draw strength from his presence. When we place our hope in him, we find fresh endurance for the journey. His hope lifts us above discouragement and empowers us to keep going.

Jesus, renew my strength as I place my hope in you. Lift my spirit and steady my steps. Amen.
