Justice Fulfilled at the Cross

Scripture: “He was pierced for our transgressions… and by his wounds we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5

At the cross, justice and mercy meet. Jesus bears the weight of sin so that righteousness can be restored. His voice declares forgiveness while upholding truth. Lent leads us to this holy intersection where God’s justice is satisfied and his love is revealed.

Crucified and risen Lord, thank You for fulfilling justice on my behalf. Help me live in the freedom and responsibility of your grace. Amen.
