Jesus’ mercy doesn’t wait for us to get everything right—it follows, pursues, and surrounds us. Lent reminds us that God’s mercy is relentless, not reluctant. Even when we wander, his compassion stays close. His mercy is not a moment but a movement toward us, shaping our days with grace we didn’t earn.

Lord, thank you for pursuing me with mercy. Help me walk confidently in your love and extend that same mercy to others. Amen
