My passion is to represent Jesus well, and to inspire, equip, and encourage others to do the same.
God wants to make himself known through his people. We are integral to his salvation plan and - in our unique role as the bride of Christ - are able to bring about significant change in society. Together we embody Jesus and are central to his call to make disciples of all nations. We can repair relationships, bring healing, address injustice, and see the restoration of individuals and communities.
For us to play our part, though, we have to understand the authority and power God has given us. We must also discover what our ministry is, and where we fit. By understanding and applying biblical truths, knowing Jesus better, and experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit, we can all unravel our Kingdom identity and destiny... and impact the world around us.
My aim is to help Christians understand their authority, find their place in the Kingdom, walk in their God-given destiny, minister from their very best, and represent Jesus well in the spheres of influence God has given them.

For much of my career I have been a very senior executive. I have spent a great deal of time in boardrooms and at black-tie events. Now I am an author, consultant, coach, and speaker, I have the freedom to see God's Kingdom expanded by serving him as both an apostle in the marketplace and in the church.
I am married to Ian who is very probably the most gifted and sincere Pastor I have ever met. He is a most excellent man! We are both full on in our bonkers-but-brilliant fellowship, Kingsland Church.
I have spoken at churches and conferences across the UK and Internationally, aiming to bring encouragement and insight wherever I go. In 2023, I was appointed a Family Court magistrate, and in 2025 stepped into the role of Presiding Justice. Outside the courtroom and pulpit, I'm the driving force behind Colchester’s annual Free Family Fun Festival - an event that welcomes over 10,000 visitors and unites churches across the city to bless families with a joyful, cost-free day out.
Oh, and I wrote two books! I think it is great to serve full-on in the Kingdom! Can you tell?
